Q1: Are you manufacturer or a trading company?
We are professional faucet and bathroom accessories manufacturer with 2 factories. One is JINDING sanitary wareare focusing on designing, developing, manufacturing and selling faucets and bathroom accessories, and the secondis DESHENG electroplating factory specializing in surface treatment for the sanitary products. It is mainly for copperalloy and stainless steel products surface chrome plating, as well as acid electroplating process surface treatmentin-house.
Q2: If I want to visit JINDING factory, can you arrange transportation for me?
lt's a great honor to invite you to visit our factory. Our factories are located in Yueshan Town, Kaiping City,
Guangdong Province. It will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our company. We can arrange ourdriver to pick you up when you arrived in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, or from your hotel in GuangdongProvince.
Q3: Can your factory print our brand on the products?
Yes, our factory can laser print customers' logo on the product with the permission document from customers.
Customers need to offer us a legal logo registration copy and logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print thelogo on the product.
Q4: Can we use our own packaging?
Yes, you can offer us your own packaging design; we will make the packaging as your requirement. We have a R&Dteam to give you the professional suggestions and help you to design you like packaging.
Q5: Can we get samples from you for checking and testing product quality?
Yes, you can offer samples to you to check the quality first, but you need to pay for the sample fee and freight charge.We can also refund the sample fee to customers when you place the mass production order.
Q6: Does your factory have the design and development capability, we need thecustomized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry. We can make customized productsespecially for you, please kindly contact with us for more details.
Q7: How is your factory production capability?
JINDING has full production lines including gravity casting line, machining line, polishing line, plating line andassembling line. We can manufacture products up to 100,000 PCS per month.
Q8: How about the delivery time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 45. -60 days after we receive your deposit.
Q9: What's your payment term?
Terms of payment: 30% deposit in advance, 70% before shipment. In order to save bank charges, 100% advancepayment for small orders under $ 1000 is recommended.
Q10: What product certification does your factory have?
JINDING has been continuously approved to conform to Quality Management System of 1SO9001:2015 certification,certified to comply with certification CUPC/AB1953/NSF certification for USA. More certificates are applying
